CHAMPAIGN, IL, September 7, 2010 /Business PR News/ -- Lindy E. Brown, Executive Director of Refinery, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business development.
For the past three years, Ms. Brown has been employed by the Refinery health club. As the executive director, she oversees business development, and facilities and operations management. She must also maintain positive relationships with her clients and instruct fitness classes. Throughout her career, Ms. Brown has worked for corporate, small-business and nonprofit organizations. She attributes her success to her passion for her profession.
In 2002, Ms. Brown received a Bachelor of Science in marketing and advertising from Southern Illinois University. She was featured in the Central Illinois Business magazine as one of its top 40 executives. She supports Mission 180 and serves on the board of directors for Emerging Community Leaders of the United Way of Champaign County.
