AURORA, CO, September 7, 2010 /Business PR News/ -- Thomas Fabricius, Manager (Retired) of Aid Association for Lutherans, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in administrative operations.
Currently retired, Mr. Fabricius has 30 years of experience working for the Aid Association for Lutherans. Specializing in operations management, he served as the manager for several years. In his position, he oversaw operations in Wyoming, Utah, southern Montana, Idaho and northern Colorado, recruited, hired, trained and reviewed the progress of salesmen, and assisted them in resolving issues. Aid Association for Lutherans is a fraternal benefit society that provides low-cost life insurance services to members and assistance to Lutheran communities. Prior to joining the organization, he worked for Holly Sugar Company.
Mr. Fabricius was the chairman for two underwriting organizations, one in Idaho Falls and the other in Colorado. He played an influential role in shaping insurance by following news in the insurance field. Currently, he volunteers in assisting with a golf charity tournament for children in Downtown Denver. He completed coursework in Agronomy at the University of Wyoming in 1960 and is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters. He was inducted into the Aid Association for Lutherans Hall of Fame and attained one of the Top Honors for Excellence in Recruitment. He attributes his success to his work ethic, ability to help salespeople and to the discipline he learned in the military. In the future, he intends to continue as a consultant.
