Prior to joining the company, he worked as a warehouse supervisor, and he grew in his profession through his assiduousness and family's support.
Mr. Roe has his MESH certification through the Safety and Health Council of North Carolina. He is also a defensive driving instructor, certified notary public and safety manager, and holds a food safety certification. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and attained the Douglas M. Vaughn Award for Community Service. He also participates in community theatre and fundraising events at his wife's school. In the future, he intends to obtain a license to preach and would like to become more involved in community and church activities.
