Stress expert Kristen Brown to Participate in American Heart Association 'Go Red for Women Day" at Mall of America
Hypnotherapist Kristin Volk Funk will participate in the event alongside Brown to discuss stress and anxiety

On Saturday, February 4, Brown is participating in "Go Red for Women" at the Mall of America. The Mall will be transformed to hold events related to heart disease. The general public is invited to attend free activities and to learn about heart disease and how to live a healthier life.
Brown will participate in the "Relax for Goodness Sake" event at Nordstrom Court. Attendees can learn tips and techniques to de-stress and relax. She and author Kristin Volk Funk will help attendees put themselves first.
